Shaken

Shaken

Welcome the SHAKEN Website.  We’re glad you’re here!  Feel free to search through the links in the sidebar to find out more about what’s going on with the youth at LifeSong Church and check out the information below for some general information about what we do weekly.

WHAT IS SHAKEN?

SHAKEN is what we call our Wednesday night meetings. It’s an exciting, crazy time of fellowship, fun, worship and biblical teaching. We base the name SHAKEN out of Psalm 16:8 which says, “I have set the LORD always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be SHAKEN.” It is our focus to reach the students of this generation for Christ, build them up on the strong foundation of Christ, and to send them out in Christ’s name to remain unshakeable in the world around them.

WHAT TIME IS SHAKEN?

Every Wednesday night from 6:15 till 8:15.

WHAT DO WE DO AT SHAKEN?

The schedule is pretty flexible but in general, a Wednesday night looks like this:

6:15-6:45 Free Pizza and Drinks in the Kidz Caf
6:45-7:00 Crazy Games/ Activity
7:00-7:15 Praise and Worship
7:15-7:45 Large Group Time (introduction to the nights lesson)
7:45-8:15 Discipleship Groups (small group discussions about the large group lesson)
